1. Scope

This policy describes data handling in version 1.0.2 of Zunireel Collage and information you voluntarily send to the support email above. “We” means the party providing this app and email support. The app has no account registration, sign-in or cloud synchronization.

Using this website is distinct from using the app. When your browser requests a page, the hosting infrastructure receives connection and request information, such as your IP address, requested URL and browser headers, to deliver that page. Hosting or security services may retain access or security logs under their service policies and configured retention settings. Website visits are not covered by the statement that app content stays on your device. For questions about website request data or deletion, contact the email above.

These pages load the Inter font through Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser makes requests to Google to retrieve the stylesheet and font files. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing. Browser settings or blocking external requests may prevent these fonts from loading. Server-side logging and any hosting-layer cookies are separate from the app’s local storage.

2. Data processed on your device

To provide features you choose, the app processes: Selected images, system file URIs, image order and layout preferences, and export records (URI, dimensions and file size).

You select images through the Android photo or file picker. Necessary file references and available read grants may be retained for reuse. Output files are written to the system gallery when you request an export.

The current app has no internet permission, app-operated server, advertising SDK or behavioral analytics SDK. It does not automatically upload this content to us, access advertising identifiers for advertising, or sell this in-app content. Android and Google Play may provide their own services under their own policies.

3. Permissions, storage and other apps

The app uses access to images you explicitly select rather than requesting broad gallery access. Exports create new files and do not overwrite your source image. If you choose to open or share a file, the receiving viewer or app can process that file under its own policy.

Android automatic backup is disabled in the app configuration. We do not operate a cloud backup service. Backups or transfers you initiate through your system or other software are controlled by those services. We do not promise absolute security, permanent retention or unrecoverable erasure on every device.

If you tap an official website or policy link in the app, it opens your browser. If you tap Contact support, it opens your email app with our support address; it does not send a message automatically. Browsing and sending email involve the network and the respective providers, even though the app itself has no internet permission.

4. Email support

If you email us, we and the providers used to receive and handle email process your email address, message, attachments and necessary email metadata to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal duties. The support mailbox uses Gmail; its provider handles email under its applicable terms and policies, potentially in regions where it operates.

Do not send passwords, signing keys, payment details or unnecessary sensitive images. Support messages are not used for marketing without permission and their contents are not sold. They are retained only for the period needed to handle the request, necessary security records or legal obligations, rather than indefinitely by default.

5. Retention and deletion

Extension preferences, selected file references and export history remain on the device until removed through the relevant controls, app-storage clearing or uninstall. “Clear extension records” in About clears only extension records, not original studio data or gallery files. “Remove entry” removes only a history entry. Exported images may remain after uninstall; delete them in your gallery. Copies you shared or backed up must also be managed in their respective locations.

Information legally required to be retained will have restricted uses, with the relevant reason explained.

6. Your choices and rights

You may choose not to select images, enter content or send email, or may stop using and uninstall the app. Depending on your jurisdiction, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and complaints to a competent authority. Contact the email above. We can act on information we actually hold or process, not on local-only content unavailable to us.

Where relevant, grounds for handling support correspondence include responding to your request, legitimate service-security interests and legal obligations. Processing requiring consent will take place only after consent is obtained. Additional local notices and safeguards remain applicable.

7. Minors

A feature description is not a certification of suitability for children or any particular age group. Minors should obtain parental permission or supervision where local law requires it. Do not send sensitive children's information through support. Contact us if such information may have been sent inappropriately.

8. Security and changes

The app uses platform mechanisms such as Android private storage for local records. Device security, files you share and email providers also affect security. No storage or transmission method is absolutely secure.

We will update this policy and its effective date if features or data practices change, providing additional notice or obtaining consent where required. This policy is not blanket authorization for future processing.
